Towering nine stories above the quaint docks of Leith, the Port of Leith Distillery has brought whisky-making back to Edinburgh for the first time in almost one hundred years. It was founded by Edinburgh locals Ian Stirling and Paddy Fletcher and is Scotland’s first vertical whisky distillery. Beyond producing Scotland’s most iconic spirit, the modern tower is available for tours and tastings, particularly at the rooftop bar, offering an unforgettable view of historic Leith.
